On my primary work Win 8.1 PC it worked fine until Jwhen I started getting errors in the Application log.įaulting application name: skydrive.exe, version. It works fine on m Surface and a spare Win 8.1 PC at work. I have been using SkyDrive on Win 8/8.1 for about a year and a half. My original post verbiage follows and here is the link. I originally placed this question on the Microsoft Community forum and the reply recommended I post it here. Sorry, this is my first time posting an issue on this forum and I don't see any upload option. There is only 1 *.log file in the folder: SyncDiagnostics.log

Skydrive logs are in:Ĭ:\Users\my account name\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\SkyDrive\logs I checked for the logs on the path specified. SkyDrive still won't sync because the sync engine keeps crashing.
